Privacy notice

Last updated 20 October 2026

This page explains what happens to the email address and answers you give when you sign up for the Beta waitlist or the newsletter on dreamtodone.app.

Who we are

DreamToDone, based in Sweden. For anything about your data, write to hello@dreamtodone.app.

What we keep, and why

For both, the basis is your consent: the option you pick, confirmed with the link in the email we send you. We also keep a record of when you agreed, so we can show that you did.

Please leave sensitive personal details out of the free-text answer. The Beta waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.

What we don't do

We don't ask for your name or birth date, set cookies, run analytics, or track whether you open our emails. We don't sell your data, and no automated decisions are made about you.

Who else handles it

Our website host and our email provider process your data for us, only on our instructions. To keep automated sign-ups out, our host briefly sees your IP address; it isn't stored with your sign-up. These providers may process data outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

When you unsubscribe, your details are deleted straight away. We keep only a minimal record that you consented and later withdrew, without your readable email address. Backups can hold a deleted entry for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or hand it over in a form you can take elsewhere, and you can object to how we use it. You can withdraw your consent any time, with the unsubscribe link in every email or by replying to one. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. If what you agreed to changes, we'll ask for your consent again.
